All meals will be provided during your river expedition, starting with lunch on the first day and concluding with lunch on the final day. Our thoughtfully curated menu features a variety of delicious and nutritious meals to keep you energized throughout your journey. We are happy to accommodate most dietary preferences and requirements with advance notice. Whether you have specific dietary needs or simply enjoy fresh, high-quality ingredients, we strive to provide a satisfying dining experience in the wilderness.

Sundog Expeditions operates with high-quality river rafts and gear, ensuring a safe and enjoyable expedition rafting experience. All equipment undergoes thorough inspections before, during, and after each trip to guarantee reliability and performance. While participation in paddling is encouraged, it is not required, allowing you to engage at your own comfort level. Our expeditions also provide ample opportunities for movement and exercise, ensuring a well-rounded and active outdoor adventure.

Safety and risk management are our top priorities, and our experienced guides are extensively trained in wilderness medicine and rescue. While every precaution is taken to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience, it is important to recognize that all outdoor activities carry inherent risks. We strive to equip you with the knowledge and support needed to navigate these challenges while fully enjoying your adventure. Before you embark on any wilderness trip, you will be required to read, understand and sign a "Participant Agreement, Release, and Acknowledgement of Risk" Form. For participants under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must sign and indemnify on behalf of the minor.
