"THE RIVER OF NO RETURN"
Trips are with Tour WEST

The Main Salmon, also known as "The River of No Return," is a favorite for Idaho rafting.  This 6-day dory/ raft trip is based out of Salmon, Idaho and conducted by Tour West.  Exciting whitewater, scenic mountain beauty, white sand beaches and forested benches of the Main Salmon form a backdrop for American Western history that played out on its shores.  Explore the old homesteads of "Buckskin Bill" and Polly Bemis ("A Thousand Pieces of Gold"), paddle an inflatable kayak, float, hike, and fish on a vacation you will always remember.  No experience necessary.
